Jody and the boys will open for the Barenaked Ladies 'on the lawn' at St. Clair College in Windsor ON!



Best known for hit singles such as "One Week", "The Old Apartment", "Pinch Me", "If I Had $1,000,000", and "Brian Wilson",  and most recently for writing and performing the theme song for the hit TV series, "The Big Bang Theory" and "You Run Away", from their latest album, "All In Good Time".  Barenaked Ladies have had 6 top ten albums in Canada, and have sold over 10 million albums in the United States as well as 12. 4 million albums in Canada. The band's commercial success has been accompanied by industry accolades including 8 Juno Awards, 2 Billboard Awards, a World Music Award, 4 Much Music Awards, 17 Juno Nominations, 2 Grammy Nominations and an MTV Video Music Award Nomination.

This event is a benefit concert which will raise funds for state-of-the-art medical equipment to be utilized by students in the new St. Clair College Health Sciences Building 2011. The show is also the latest chapter in the college's long history of hosting live outdoor music events featuring top Canadian acts so bring your lawn chair and blanket and get ready for a great outdoor show!

Thank you to everyone who came out to support us in the rain at the Oswego Harborfest! Although it was one of the heaviest rainfalls we've ever experienced onstage, the rain was a relief from the heat! A special thanks to Erica and the dancers in the front row who made it a Woodstock-like experience! The Jody Raffoul Band was in full rock mode playing both covers and originals, it was one of the most memorable hour and forty-five minute sets to date. If you've never been, you should consider checking it out next year!

Jody had a blast rockin' in the Garden State playing a new venue and a private party!

Jody played two shows for his friends in NJ, hit NYC for an afternoon show at the Three of Cups, then headed to Hoboken to play the Pier Sessions summer kick-off event at the 13th Street Pier!  Jody rocked a set with the NYC Skyline as his backdrop and enjoyed sharing the stage with Davey and the Trainwreck and WJ and the Sweet Sacrifice!




Jody made some new friends in Youngstown, OH while playing a wedding for his close friend Josh - Congrats! We hope to head back to Youngstown again real soon.

Jody had the privelage of playing two of his original songs at Summerfest Uptown with the Windsor Symphony Orchestra. Together they played "Love is the Answer" and "Home" which Jody said has never sounded so good! Thank you to everyone who supported the evening and thank you Maestro!

Mick's Irish Pub hosted a benefit for the Leamington Tornado Survivors which Jody had the pleasure of attending. Thank you to Brian who organzied the event.
